Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for building positive and productive working relationships with the client. Your role will involve:
- Plan, track and manage the delivery of projects using appropriate agile project management methodologies, learning & iterating

- Support the clients' agile transformation with consulting, introduction, support, and optimization of agile procedures
- Take an active role in the clients' projects as a Scrum Master
- Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into user stories
- Establish and lead a collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Manage a multi-stakeholder and multidisciplinary team
- Establish mechanisms for monitor and tracking the quality of all products/services built
- Document, track and manage risks and dependencies
