Your Role and Responsibilities
OUR TEAM:
Our Ecosystem marketers have a deep understanding of IBM business partners: how they sell, how they make money, and what their priority offerings are. Your mission will be to support growing IBM relationships with the defined strategic Business Partners and to help leverage these relationships to increase the ubiquity of IBM Hybrid Cloud and Artificial Intelligence in North, Central and Eastern Europe.

YOUR IN OUR TEAM:
Support to differentiate IBM as the preferred GenAI (Generative Artificial Inteligence) partner, leverage expertise in watsonx and partner AI capabilities. Interlock with local field marketers and defined strategic Partner event execution leads for marketing planning & marketing execution: ensure to integrate strategic Partners into key marketing activities in NCEE.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor or Master's Degree completed recently
- Previous experience in digital marketing and performance management, customer experience, and/or customer service roles
- Willingness to learn to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies
- Organization skills and good attention to detail
- Client centric attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Bachelor or Master's Degree
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to track the landscape of business partners and their business models
- Laguages (active communication): Russian, Czech/Slovak, French, Nordic languages, Eastern Europe languages;
- Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Embracing a client-centric mindset to find new ways to satisfy Partner needs
- Highly collaborative - able to represent ecosystem in meetings and discussions, building effective teaming relationships within ecosystem marketing and with other marketing and business areas
- The best candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to stretch the role, constantly reimagining what it can deliver.
