Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Scope of duties:
- Processing Client Requests: Respond to and process requests from clients related to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Payment Application and Clearing: Apply payments and clear customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and updated.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to the team leader or manager as required, including preparing reports and completing ad hoc tasks

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
