Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be part of a new data team in the consulting division, which will work with top companies worldwide and in Japan to create a vision of how data should be utilised by presenting concrete results of data analysis and realising this with a proven track record.

• Supporting clients in discovering, analysing, and utilising their dead data for real business purposes.
• Upstream and downstream activities such as data strategy development and on-site operational support as necessary to maximise value.
• Identification of business issues through quantitative research (evaluation of business indicators) and qualitative research (interviews with management).
• Data assessment/cleansing/analysis/suggestions
• Support for business coordination and implementation of measures for business actions based on data suggestions.
• Prepare documents using PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to analyse data using Python.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate smoothly with clients and members of the team.
• Interviewing skills with end-users.
• Experience in creating documents using PowerPoint.
• Experience in using basic Excel functions.

• Working experience in data analysis using Python (at least 5 years).
• Language skills: English (TOEIC score of 730 or above)
• Data utilisation.
• Understand customers' requirements and pain points.
• Formulate solutions with speed and a sense of responsibility.
