Your Role and Responsibilities
Junior IT specialist with a focus on access management, user account management, and general IT support. Responsible for managing user access to systems and data, including creating and managing user accounts, assigning roles and permissions, and monitoring access logs.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Manage user access to systems and data
- Create and manage user accounts
- Assign roles and permissions
- Monitor access logs
- Provide general IT support (e.g., troubleshooting, system upgrades)
- Collaborate with senior IT specialists on system administration tasks
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, with a focus on technical writing, access management, systems analysis, and vendor management (for Senior IT Specialist)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support /access management
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
