Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of the development of our consultancy services to the public sector, you will be able to develop the following skills:

  • Carrying out market and sector intelligence on specific business sectors
  • Preparing meetings with customers/partners/conferences
  • Contributing to working groups on building and monitoring the implementation of our business development strategy
  • Contributing to responses to calls for tender and sales campaigns
  • Developing points of view on changes in the public sector in relation the Group's strategic offerings and technologies.

As part of customer projects:
  • Carrying out documentary and data analyses
  • Preparing meetings or interviews
  • Contributing to the formalisation of deliverables (notes, summaries, minutes of meetings or interviews, presentations)
  • Providing sectoral expertise to complement the project's technical teams
  • PMO-type project management activities (monitoring deadlines, project indicators, reporting, data management, etc.).

Depending on the projects in progress, you will be asked to contribute to consultancy activities for technological and business transformation, from scoping through project management to the implementation of organisational and/or technological solutions.

You will learn how to :
  • Analyse a complex customer problem with a view to designing a relevant, value-driven approach, benefiting from our know-how and technological assets and interactions with the IBM network of expertise
  • Work as part of a team on concrete and ambitious transformation projects for the public sector
  • Interacting with and preparing materials for discussions with General Management and specialist departments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Master's 2 student (business school / Grande Ecole programme, political science university) specialising in digital transformation and public affairs.
  • Bilingual French/English (written and spoken), (minimum level C1)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and agile methods, design thinking.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of generative artificial intelligence and an interest in emerging technologies.
  • An inquisitive, proactive and collaborative mind, ready to take on complex challenges and work as part of a team.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 6-month internship in Paris, with the possibility of travel in France and Europe.
  • End-of-studies internship with internship agreement
  • Start date: throughout 2025.
