Blue Journey aims to promote the professional development of students through practical experiences, contact with a global community of more than 6000 interns and free learning tools, offering a workplace experience that promotes diversity and inclusion, to gain new skills and become qualified, differentiated professionals who are essential for society.

• Work alongside a global community of over 6,000 IBM interns and meet other IBM employees during networking events, special events, team building and professional development activities.
• Increase your skills through a combination of educational platforms and professional guidance from your manager, coach and mentor to get everything you need to shape the beginning of your career.
• Learn about a client's industry, meet new challenges, and learn how their business and technology intersect.
• Participate in a real project or initiative and experience first hand how we help transform our clients' business.

• Tech career: Be an advanced student of a technical/college career such as: programmer, analyst, computer engineering, electronics or similar.
  Business career: Marketing, finance, legal, Administrative and similar.
• Basic knowledge of Java programming.
• Have school insurance for the entire duration of the internship.
• Be a regular student
• Availability to intern for full time.
