Your role and responsibilities
As a member of a dedicated Project Management team, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Leading project planning sessions, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies (such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives) to ensure continuous improvement and team alignment.
- Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Documenting project plans, status reports, and lessons learned to drive knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Championing project management best practices and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Fostering a proactive problem-solving environment, encouraging team innovation and accountability.
- Supporting team members in skill development and career growth opportunities.
Required education
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Required technical and professional expertise
- Desirable experience in project management methodologies, particularly Agile frameworks.
- Project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of project lifecycle management and risk assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with software development processes and working in technical environments.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Desirable experience with budgeting and financial management related to projects.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
