Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM is looking for a Software Developer who is interested in working in a fast-paced, growth filled environment covering all aspects of the product development lifecycle: design, development, test, documentation and support. The successful candidate will be working on creating software development tools for the IBM I system.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Java, C/C++ and Typescript
  • Proven problem determination skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience using git and github
  • Familiarity with VS Code
  • IBM i system skills
  • RPG Language knowledge
