Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an Identity and Access Management engineer who will be able to:

- configure and administrate set of I&AM product suite (PAM, IG, AM)
- identify and diagnose malfunctions
- drive incidents, issues and problems to the resolution
- work on functionality enhancements based on change requests

- develop the platforms based on submitted PCRs
- act as Team player and focus on a proactive approach to problems

You will be working among seasoned I&AM specialists who maintain existing services for our clients but also participate in expanding/setting-up our service delivery to new business opportunities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 2 years of experience in IT (DB/infrastructure/security/application support).
  • 1 years of "hands on" experience on I&AM solutions deployement and maintenance:
    - installation, configuration, updates of I&AM product suites (IBM, OKTA, SAVIYNT etc.)
    - identify and diagnose I&AM products and applications
    - experience in application administration and maintenance
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (understanding network configuration; network troubleshooting skills)
  • Knowledge of linux OSS (connect to servers, operate on files, setting up system).
  • Very good analytical skills (self-engagement, dedication and independent knowledge/solution seeking)
  • Scripting skills - proven experience using scripts to automate repetitive tasks.Excellent interpersonal skills (direct contact with customer), and ability to effectively handle sensitive situations (urgent requests, technical questions from several sources).Fluency in English Language.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Certified I&AM administrator (IBM, OKTA, SAVIYNT etc.)
  • Over 2 years of "hands on" experience on I&AM solutions deployement and maintenance.
  • Practical knowledge of setting-up and maintenance of monitoring tools: Zabbix, Instana, Grafana.
  • Ability to run and own IT projects from conceptual phase towards completion and sign-off.
