As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant specializing in Identity Access Management and Governance, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, implementation, and support for IAM solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation & Advisory: Provide expert advice on IAM strategies, best practices, and solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on the IBM Verify product family.
- Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of IAM solutions using IBM Verify product family, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Customization & Development: Develop and customize IAM workflows, policies, and configurations to meet specific client requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM solutions, addressing any issues and ensuring system stability and security.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams, and create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and governance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders, IT teams, and other consultants to understand requirements, define solutions, and deliver successful outcomes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management and Governance.
- Proven experience with the IBM Verify product family, including IBM Verify Access, IBM Verify Governance, and IBM Verify SaaS
- In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing IBM Verify solutions.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
- Experience with integration of IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Relevant IAM certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or IBM-specific certifications.
- Experience with other IAM solutions and technologies, familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions, and scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
