Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, consulting or technical analyst
- Experience in customer relations for system implementation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Experience in data analysis
- Self-starter: able to quickly catch up on complex and difficult concepts with minimal support
- Experience with Excel, SQL, and other business intelligence tools
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with implementing packaged software and SaaS applications
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments
- Customer focused attitude
- Experience consulting on enterprise system implementations
- Ability to break down complex information into simple solution requirements
- Understanding in the areas of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial management
- Understanding and experience with data analysis and relational databases
- Proficient in handling large data sets and quickly detecting and resolving data related issues
- Able to iteratively create mock-ups and complete technical designs
- Design executive reports and dashboards, SQL / SSRS, KPI, Tableau, etc.
- ITIL or equivalent training/certification
