Your Role and Responsibilities
The areas in which you can collaborate as an IBM Consulting intern are:

- Business Process Transformation (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement)
- Talent Transformation
- Customer Transformation Experience
- Data and AI
- Core Banking
- Cloud transformation (Technology Consulting & Hybrid Cloud Management)
- Cybersecurity

Regardless of the area, you will be able to collaborate with excellent professionals who advise the best clients on their digital journey supported by IBM's main exponential technologies and digital ecosystems.

You will participate in different activities, always guided by tutors and professionals with extensive experience, in research, ideation, co-creation and prototyping work to implement disruptive ideas in an intellectually challenging, results-oriented, customer-oriented, dynamic and international environment, where Everyone (from the most junior to the most senior) is expected to actively contribute, innovate and take initiative.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Final year students or recent graduates
Work experience not required
Interest and motivation in consulting and technology.
Learning and adaptation capacity.
Communication skills and ability to work as a team.
Thorough and analytical mentality, with the ability to apply logic to solve problems.

Languages required: English (B2, written and spoken), Spanish (native/C1)
