Our Analyst Relations (AR) program is one of the most prolific and respected in the industry. Here, we engage with leading industry analysts and analyst firms, to support their evaluations and their research, ensure accuracy in their analyses, and solicit advisory insights for our internal stakeholders. As part of our AR team, you'll be surrounded by bright minds and keen collaborators - always willing to help and be helped - as you apply passion to work that will compel our audience to choose IBM's products and services.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Our AR team drives pervasive and deep relationships with analysts from leading research firms, such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Omdia, etc., as well as with independent analysts and influencers. Your coverage will extend to our industry-leading Storage solutions and products, delivered both as data center storage appliances as well as "as-a-Service" offerings. IBM is a recognized leader in several high-profile evaluations (such as Gartner Magic Quadrants™) that shape perceptions of IBMs offerings in the eyes of current or potential clients. Within this leadership role, you will be expected to: • Leverage and expand your knowledge and expertise to develop, own, and share responsibility for measurable outcomes in a key area of differentiation for IBM: data storage. • Understand and implement the processes that IBM employs to measure, report, and analyze key functions of your business. • Understand our internal audience and what drives action when developing and executing strategies, messages, assets, and programs. • Developing a deep understanding of IBM's overall strategy and growth initiatives to ensure all content and programs help IBMers see themselves within our strategy and contribute to IBM's growth. • Develop and co-create content that is relevant, accurate, and actionable for analysts creating research, public blogs, and providing customer advisory, applying analytical and creative thinking, and communications techniques to build strong storytelling for IBM products. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5 years+ experience in AR or similar creative communications role, with proven success in internal and executive communications.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability with a passion for bringing together various messages, often weaving together multiple areas of the company.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decision making and underpin continuous improvement efforts.
• Curious learner who quickly develops an understanding of a wide range of subjects, and understands and applies feedback.
• Growth-minded and willing to adjust ways of working and communication approaches to meet the objective at hand.
• Collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about partnering across teams inside and outside of Corporate Affairs.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in various tools and approaches to communications - ARInsights ARchitect, Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, etc.
• Experience communicating in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Strategic communication and project management skills and ability to work on simultaneous high-visibility projects.
• Innovative and proactive problem solver who enjoys complex projects that do not always have a clear answer.
