Introduction
The Implementation Analyst is a key member of the HRBD Operations team. As an Implementation Analyst, you will be a trusted advisor to the HR Business Development integration team members, new hires and employees impacted by acquisition or divestiture activities.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in data validation and management and will act as a thought partner to build out new analytical practices informed by data and market trend insights.
As an Implementation Analyst, you'll execute HRBD employee transition strategy in partnership with the HR Services A&O Onboarding and the HRBD Consultant teams. You are extremely organized, have a keen eye for details, and have strategic prioritization skills. You also utilize the utmost discretion and care when handling employee information and addressing any concerns that may arise. Your role and responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Services A&O Onboarding and the HRBD Consultant teams to act as a first-line of support for all pre-transition employee data management. This includes but is not limited to data validation, gathering, consolidation and upload within IBM systems.
- Coordinate with the HR Service A&O team to ensure the successful execution of global onboarding processes across multiple countries, adhering to local requirements.
- Utilize and manage data within IBM tools and applications, including Kenexa, SuccessFactors, Avature, to support the new hire transition process.
- Provide regular status updates and manage communication with HRBD deal contacts, with a focus on deal-specific milestone dates.

Required technical and professional expertise
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, onboarding, talent acquisition, or HR analytics
- At least 3 years of experience working in a global environment, managing processes across multiple countries
- Advanced skill in MS Excel evidenced by at least 3 years of experience using spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English
Preferred technical and professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience supporting global onboarding and offboarding in various geographic regions, particularly in the Europe and Asia Pacific.
- At least 2 years of experience managing data within HR information systems (HRIS), and or applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Kenexa, Avature.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Fluency in languages in addition to English
