Introduction
The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your Role and Responsibilities

You will support client employees and managers with the questions related to HR policies , tools (including portal navigation ) and processes. If the inquiry cannot be resolved in the received call, chat or email, you are the interface between the customer and the customer's HR or Payroll department.

Your role also covers Employee Data Management (EDM), a series of complex and diverse processes, which involves validation of requests, processing of transactions in the HR systems and creating contracts and addendum letters.

- Process EDM transactions/reports independently in the HR system as per documented process

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
What you will bring to the team:
- Language skills: Fluent/Native in writing and speaking in French language as well as in English.
- Computer literacy.
- Adaptability: Quickly think of new approaches and solutions in response to changing demands.
- Client Focus: Respond to cases and ad hoc/official requests included in the processes quickly, completely and accurately.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Work well with people whose background, culture, language or work style differs from one's own. Demonstrate flexibility in dealing with others in order to achieve win-win solutions.

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:
- Knowledge of various HR and ticketing systems and Outlook
