Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Help Desk/Tester for you will provide support to users of the Forensic Advantage Laboratory Information Management System. You will assist in configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Forensic Advantage LIMS. In addition, you will perform monthly functional application and interface testing using existing test cases, update test cases to reflect changes, and complete ad hoc report testing.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of functional testing procedures (performance testing, black box testing, etc) using established test cases, and the ability to draft test cases for new functionality.
- Provide in person or remote application support to end users.
- Troubleshoot incidents and requests remotely, either over the phone, via email, or MS Teams.
