- Form Optimization

- Oversee the analysis and optimization of all digital forms across web and mobile platforms
- Implement data-driven form design improvements to reduce abandonment rates
- Develop A/B testing strategies for form elements, layouts, and user flows
- Create standardized form design guidelines and best practices

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
- 8+ years of experience in digital optimization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates through A/B testing and optimization
- Deep understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with major testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target)
- Strong background in form analytics and chat optimization
- Excellence in data analysis and statistical significance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Certification in digital analytics or optimization
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Knowledge of user psychology and behavioral economics
- Experience with enterprise-level chat platforms
- Understanding of accessibility standards and requirements

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
