Your role and responsibilities
IBM Semiconductor needs leaders to grow new business and research and development scope. Our Albany site needs experienced leaders with a strong growth mindset and proactive attitude to initiate new business opportunities and lead large scale collaborative research and development projects.

- 5 years semiconductor industry experience
- Hands on experience in more than one area of semiconductor R&D, such as process, device, integration, design, operations, etc.
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor technology lifecycle from research to development to manufacturing
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape of the semiconductor industry
Preferred technical and professional experience
- 10 years semiconductor industry experience
- Hands on experience in more than two areas of semiconductor R&D, such as process, device, integration, design, operations, etc.
- Experience in more than one phase of the semiconductor technology lifescycle
- Expertise in the competitive landscape of the semiconductor industry
- Prior client facing role

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
