We are seeking an experienced researcher in TCAD simulation, who will be working with a world class team on research and development of the most advanced technology nodes, continuously pushing the boundary of logic technology.
You should have one or more of the following skills:
- CMOS device physics, advanced logic device architecture design
- Familiar with process flow and device interaction for advanced nodes
- Familiar with device test and characterization methodology
- Deep knowledge and hands on experience with state-of-the-art TCAD simulation, thermal modeling, mechanical simulation or molecular dynamic simulation
- Define and execute DOE (Design of Experiment)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill. Expect to work closely with cross functional teams
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- In depth numerical simulation experience in semiconductor device, semiconductor materials or relevant topics: 5 years
- Model development experience: 5 years
- Experience in mechanics simulation or thermal modeling
- Strong communication and collaboration skill
- Ability to debug errors and solve issue
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Device analysis and data mining experience
- Coding skills in JMP/Python/C++/Java
- Project Planning
- Major in electrical engineering, physics, or materials science
- Experience in simulation tools: COMSOL, Ansys, Sentaurus Interconnect or Sentaurus Process
