Your role and responsibilities

The IBM GWAC Center of Excellence (COE) manages a portfolio of agency to government-wide acquisition vehicles, ranging from OMB designated tiers 1, 2, to 3 Best In Class (BICs) and is searching for a Program Manager (PM) who will contribute to the growth of IBM Consulting Federal's pipeline and upcoming new/recompete Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicles.

The PM's responsibility is to budget, train and equip resources to accomplish all vehicle-level requirements that will meet and exceed government and IBM Consulting's Federal expectations. Primary tasks include CDRL reporting, marketing the vehicle, small business sub-contracting goals, PMRs, CPARs and interaction with the government customers. A successful PM will have a strategic approach with a solid tactical follow-up.

• The PM will establish a healthy relationship with the government program management offices and assisted acquisition services to support IBM Consulting's Federal's business development and capture goals.

• The PM will have the knowledge and experience along with strong communication and presentation skills to market IBM GWAC COE's portfolio of acquisition vehicles to internal IBM account teams, service line leaders, and senior leadership.

Required education

High School Diploma/GED

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Minimum of 10 years relevant Experience
• Expertise in FAR 16.5 and 8.4 and AAS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Familiar with sam.gov, Bgov, GovWin and vehicle specific portals

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
