Applying your marketing discipline knowledge and client-centricity, you'll be designing innovative talent solutions and metrics-driven candidate experiences that help talent clearly understand the value inherent in a career at IBM. You will leverage your expertise in social media, digital marketing, events, data, and creative communications to strengthen IBM's Employer Brand.
Reporting to the Global Consulting Talent Attraction Lead, you will play a critical role in building upon the existing foundation and making IBM's talent marketing strategy an industry-leading program as we continue to grow and scale for the future.

Your role and responsibilities
The role is an unrivalled combination of driving traditional employer branding and talent attraction responsibilities with driving innovative ideas to redefine how candidates experience the IBM brand. You will have particular focus on India market. With the support of leadership from the Consulting Talent Marketing Manager who owns the Talent Marketing strategy and supports a team of leaders across this domain, you will help support the delivery of this strategy with a focus on key locations and hiring areas. In this role, you will:
• Build comprehensive end-to-end campaigns, aimed at developing and optimizing our digital portfolio to target active and passive diverse talent using channels such as career sites, social media, job boards, email, content, referrals, sourcing partnerships, and more
• Be hyper-focused on channel marketing best practices and identify opportunities to proactively innovate based on the latest industry trends
• Track and evaluate metrics associated with recruiting and marketing campaigns to determine ROI. Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and value of programs and best inform your local stakeholders
• Manage the candidate experience of potential and future hires, using CRM technology to engage and nurture potential talent, including improving application experience for IBM job seekers to help drive better conversion rates
• Engage with the IBM Talent Community and collaborate to develop relevant materials and information to help optimize the hiring process while building IBM's recruitment brand equity

Required technical and professional expertise
- Strong experience in driving data-driven marketing decisions to influence the output of talent marketing efforts in an employer branding role or a marketing/comms role
- Problem solver with the ability to find the best solution to support our clients
- Strong stakeholder management skills and strategic solution building skills
- An entrepreneurial edge to generate ideas and drive them forward independently
- Demonstrated experience in copywriting, content creation, and social media management
- Proven experience in media campaign design and execution
- Job Advertising experience
- Fluent English is essential
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Video editing skills, email marketing (basic HTML), project management, user experience, enablement, and training experience (for clients - recruiters and hiring managers)
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work
- An intuitive individual with the ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Built attraction programs at large/complex companies previously
- Solid understanding of how to convert candidates and the strategies it takes to move them through the candidate funnel
- Solid experience and a clear understanding of local nuances for entry level and professional hiring attraction
- An understanding of the nuances in the India hiring market
