Your Role and Responsibilities
Join IBM's dynamic sales team as a Global Senior Digital Asset Infrastructure Sales Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of driving sales and revenue growth for IBM's digital asset infrastructure product portfolio. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and consulting firms globally to scale our business and ensure client success.
Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plays to achieve and exceed sales targets for IBM's digital asset infrastructure products.
Build and Nurture Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with ISVs and consulting firms, collaborating on joint sales and marketing initiatives to expand our market reach.
Market Insight and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor our product portfolio accordingly.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and technical teams to ensure alignment in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management to inform strategic decision making.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in the technology or software industry with digital asset focus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong network of contacts within ISVs, consulting firms, and relevant industry partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong expertise and client network in the EMEA, especially Middle-East-Africa (MEA) region
Language skills: English and Turkish
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
