Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience working with global corporations, with a proven track record of delivering payroll consulting services to senior stakeholders. The Global Payroll Consultant will engage with clients to understand their pain points, current payroll processes, and transformation agendas, providing strategic advice and consultation to optimize their payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with senior global client payroll stakeholders to understand their business needs, pain points, and strategic objectives
Analyze current payroll processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
Develop and present comprehensive recommendations to clients on strategic payroll activities, including process improvements, technology solutions, and best practices
Partner with clients to design and implement payroll transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new processes and systems
Provide expert advice on global payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices, ensuring clients are aware of and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, implementation, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of payroll consulting services to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions to clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 7 years of experience working with global corporations, with a focus on payroll consulting, operations, or management
Proven track record of delivering payroll consulting services to senior stakeholders, with a strong understanding of global payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex payroll data and develop innovative solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience working with global payroll software and systems, such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in payroll, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain
Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
