Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead GenAI deployment in Latin America and Americas;

Lead automation transformation projects in Latin America;

Manage team of specialists in automation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in complex development/automation projects in complex environments, as people manager. Experience in process and delivery transformation. Technical expertise to discuss architecture with architects and project schedule with project managers. Experience in consulting companies identifying and resolving client and delivery issues, process improvements and automation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to manage a group of senior managers and senior architects and complex environments with process change resistance from the delivery and client. Experience with multi site and multi language environments.
English and Spanish.
