Your role and responsibilities
As a zOS systems engineer with mainframe system programming and administration experience you will be contributing to Terraform integration and provider development for the IBM z/OS platform. This involved in developing z/OS infrastructure management, test automation, provision and manage any infrastructure across the organization. You will be influencing the adoption efforts by either directly developing integrations or providing expertise in z/OS in the related areas.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
7+ years of experience with Mainframe system programming and administration experience.

Hands on experience in Terraform integration and provider development for the IBM z/OS platform.
Experience with Terraform key features like Infrastructure as a code, change automation, auto scaling.
Experience working with cloud provider such as AWS, Azure or GCP, with a focus on scalability, resilience and security.
Cloud-native mindset and solid understanding of DevOps principles in a cloud environment
Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools to implement robust observability practices that prioritize metrics, logging and tracing for high reliability and performance.
