As a Full Stack Developer, you will be integral to the process of invention and innovation. You will develop exciting solutions that change the way both IBMers and IBM clients work. You'll work in a collaborative, welcoming environment where new ideas drive technological transformation. We work in small, cross-functional teams with big goals, so you will need to be adaptive and adept at clear communication. We strive to produce scalable solutions, and you will need to be familiar with how an automated framework helps drive them.

- Develop enterprise applications leveraging the full spectrum of Web, Enterprise Technologies, and Design Pattern.
- Communicate and manage relationships with peer development members.
- As part of a self-directed team, take ownership of activities and deliver them on-time and with quality.
- Learn new tools, technologies, processes, and continuous improvements.
- Follow established design and development standards and guidelines.
- Produce flexible, maintainable, and scalable application components.
- Collaborate with other peers on overall plan and deliver iteratively to support organization mission
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership.
- Must have hands on Web and Enterprise application development, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience.
- 2+ years experience developing applications with front-end technologies like Node.js, Next.js, and React.
- 1+ years experience developing applications with back-end technologies like Db2, Cloud Object Storage, and Redis.
- 1+ years experience with DevEx/DevOps tools and the CIO CI/CD common pipeline.
- 1+ years experience with testing frameworks and automation.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with Java, Carbon, Cirrus, and/or Elasticsearch
- Experience with Agile process and best practices
