Your Role and Responsibilities
The MRO IO development team lead drives the rapid delivery of new SaaS products. The successful candidate is talented and a coding rock star who enjoys solving technical problems, while also enjoying the challenge and responsibility of leading a development team. They are excellent with people, can drive their team to deliver on commitments, and know how to challenge individuals to draw out their full potential. They will have experience building enterprise web applications for customers using modern agile development techniques

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Manage and drive the performance of a team of developers
Translate product requirements into working product within committed timeframes
Write quality code across the full stack of enterprise web applications from the storage layer to front-end
Institute agile practices that deliver high performance scalable product that is robust, secure, and maintainable
Develop automated test cases to pass acceptance criteria and quality requirements
Research and stay abreast of cutting edge technology to provide advice on development technologies, trends, frameworks, techniques, methodologies, patterns, and languages
Work with key stakeholders including Product Managers, Architects and Operations.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Essential Technical Experience Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS, TypeScript, Angular, React
Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch and Zookeeper RESTful web service development skills
SQL development skills with a focus on high-performance queries TDD or BDD experience
Scrum and Kanban Agile development skills Solid understanding of software engineering principles
