Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team within the IBM Sustainability Software business unit.
You will play a key role in building responsive, enterprise-grade applications for our retail customers, utilizing the latest web development technologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of large-scale enterprise applications.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to understand requirements, create innovative solutions, and ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery.
- Work closely with designers and product owners to bring wireframes to life and enhance user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in design discussions, and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the development team.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Total 4-5 years experience
- 2+ years of experience in frontend development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular or React).
- 2+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS (Oracle, IBM DB2) or NoSQL databases (Cassandra).
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- Proficiency in Java and RDBMS
