Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Sustainability Software business unit is seeking talented and motivated Software Developers to work on the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) family of products. In this role as a frontend developer, you will closely collaborate with other developers, UX designers and product managers using Scrum agile methodology, to develop new product capabilities and enhance existing features of the MAS UI and Mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an industry leading Enterprise Asset Management suite of products, together with a large and international team of very talented engineers

• 4-7 years of experience in IT Industry creating efficient, scalable, and high- performance web applications.
• Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
• Proficiency in React.js and its core principles/ STrong knowledge on Javascript
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux)
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• RDBMS: Any RDBMS"

• Exceptional knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming
• Experience with popular AWS, Azure and/or GCP services for compute, storage, and databases etc.
• Experience developing Single Page Web Applications and frameworks like React or equivalent.
• Experience developing JS, CSS, HTML sites.
• Professional experience building REST APIs.
• Passionate and driven to design and implement scalable, programmatic solutions to complex problem
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Technical experience in building and delivering complex software systems
• Experience in working with customers, product management, and senior management to deliver value to the market
