Your Role and Responsibilities
Provides strategic, financial and operational feedback on how a business is performing, as well as develop and implement innovative process initiatives, deploy leading edge solutions which match our Client's tactical and strategic requirements. Professionals in this role have skills such as data extraction and collection, analysis, accounting, financial and management reports, understanding of key performance indicators, reconciliation of budgets, forecast, financial controls, and fixed assets, as well as business operations, process management and compliance, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client's core business processes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate degree in finance or accounting
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience in FP&A processes and accounting processes.
- Expert skill set of overall planning & forecasting processes; includes review of planning assumptions, perform complex analysis, partnership with business owners
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
- Provide accurate information to management while ensuring high standards of financial controls and analyzing and interpreting financial data
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key financial metrics.
- Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control
- Support forecast, budget and plan cycles for full P&L
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
- Study a company's financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial advice.
- Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity, and make recommendations to finance and business leadership for improvements.
- Perform product costing and variance analysis for manufacturing products
