Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive intern with a strong sense of organization to join our Purchasing team. The selected person will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in the area, working at different stages of the process of acquiring materials and services.
Support for the purchasing team: Assist in quoting prices, analyzing proposals, issuing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries and supporting payment issues.

Market research: Conduct research on suppliers, products and services, aiming to find the best options for the company.
Data management: Organize and update the database of suppliers, contracts and orders.
Cost analysis: Monitor the costs of purchased products and services, looking for optimization opportunities.
Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with suppliers, always seeking the best commercial conditions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge: Proficiency in the Office Package (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and desirable knowledge of ERP systems.

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and objectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proactivity: Initiative to seek solutions and improve processes.
