Your Role and Responsibilities
Serve as the ERP Operations Manager supporting ERP Common Tools and ERP customers for the client.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide the technical, administrative and process tasks in support of ERP's Common Services and other ERP projects. While working closely with ERP Team, client Engineering team, Services Management and technical teams; Candidate will utilize ITIL processes to include:
  • Prepare project plans, coordinate stakeholder meetings and records meeting minutes.
  • Creates and monitor implementation project plans for various parts of the AWS Common Tools environment and other projects as directed.
  • Provide interface between ERP team and technical teams to manage project to schedule.
  • Use the client's Service Now edition and JIRA systems to enter and monitor customer requirements.
  • Serve as a SQL Server DBA subject matter expert (SME) for evaluating customer's current application database architecture and develop a new architecture to be deployed in Azure and utilizing cloud native database services (PaaS vs IaaS)
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to transform high-level technical objectives into comprehensive technical requirements.
  • Build and deploy database infrastructure for customer applications
  • Provide sustainment of customer database systems to include installation, patching, upgrades, database schema administration, exports/imports, backup administration, and hardening of the database systems.
  • Assist with identifying and planning potential new cloud services, features, and capabilities.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to security, scalability, manageability, and performance across a wide variety of network, storage, compute, and database technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Security Clearance: DOD Secret (Fully Adjudicated), as a minimum Day 1. Citizenship: US.
Required Certifications: Security+ (Or equivalent IA cert) and computing environment certification (i.e. MCSA - SQL Server, etc.), Computing environment certification, Minimum Required Cloud Certification, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Foundational, Preferred Cloud Certification, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, Any of the AWS Specialty Certifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.
  • Understanding of network, storage, server, and application technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of automation concepts, tools, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience automating routine administrative tasks desired.
Senior level Cloud experience IaaS required; some PaaS experience preferred.
Baseline knowledge of networking concepts (routing, firewall, load balancing) required; Knowledge of server technologies and application stacks preferred.

Intermediate level LCAT Bachelors +5 or Associates +7
Senior level LCAT Masters +10 or Bachelors +12
