Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recruiting Selection Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to set the bar high, executing on various recruiting strategies to identify, screen and delivery high quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, supporting full-life-cycle hiring, and sitting amongst your peers in one of our global hub locations. Responsibilities:
• Works with Hiring Managers and Sr Client Search Leads to understand hiring needs.
• Leverages market expertise in distinct strategic skills to identify and acquire best in class talent.
• Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately always updated.
• Develops candidate interest for available positions.
• Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters.
• Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate data integrity and system integrations.
• Uses Data/Insights/KPI's to inform and improve search/hiring results.
• May guide other team members to help generate candidate pipeline.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • You must be available to work in a hybrid format, and will need to come to our office 3 times a week
  • Experience using online sourcing techniques.
  • Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers.
  • Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools.
  • Ability to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools such as Avanture.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Curiosity & Growth Mindset.
  • Used to work in collaboration with a team and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to change outcome focused.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Time Management and Prioritization skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • HR or recruiting experience.
  • Agile.
  • Digital Eminence.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Industry and Market Intelligence.
