Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Storage/Linux Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, configuring, upgrading, securing, and otherwise maintaining storage infrastructure and customer environments. Additionally perform systems operation support, including system monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation and other related administrative duties.

This position requires onsite work 5 days a week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related business degree or may consider of equivalent work experience.
5+ years' experience in supporting IBM XIV, V7K, GPFS SAN storage as well as Thales/IBM SKLM encryption key management services.
5+ years' experience supporting x86 Linux environments.
Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Python, UNIX shell).
Strong troubleshooting abilities and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Self-driven and ability to identify tasks/activities required to keep the environment healthy.
Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Gigabit Ethernet) and storage (SAN, RAID levels, fiber-channel, and iSCSI)
A thought leader who focuses on the continuous improvement of our Storage and Open systems environment and personal development of technical and professional skills.
