Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of the EMEA Demand Strategy & Field Marketing team, working alongside a team of Field Marketing subject matter experts (AI, Hybrid Cloud etc) you will be responsible for driving NCA and PLG outcomes via all RTMs including Field Sales, Digital Sales, eCommerce and Ecosystem/BPS working closely with the Demand Strategy focals in the 7 EMEA Markets.

Liaising with colleagues in Field Marketing, Demand Strategy, Events, Innovation Studio, Ecosystem, Digital, Brand, Communications and Social disciplines to both plan and deliver the Market outcomes for Select Digital and NCA, using your extensive experience to drive the right omni-channel mix of activities to deliver sustained pipeline and revenue for IBM Technology. You will have extensive experience in understanding and presenting data to senior stakeholders.

You will provide clear direction to the Market Demand Strategy teams identifying specific audiences and co-creating the omni-channel journeys to efficiently and effectively deliver desired brand reputation, relationship and revenue outcomes in direct alignment and support of strategic business plans.

Being able to demonstrate a strong track record of working across global, geo and market roles, creating two-way collaboration, is an advantage. Candidate should be familiar with EPM metrics such as Full Funnel dashboards, tracking New Clients, ISC and general RLM principles including Client Signals, Client Interests, and the principles of pipeline conversion and yield, including the types of tactics needed depending on the required outcome expected. Experience of IBM's Response Lead Management (RLM) and Routes to Market (RTM) an advantage.

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous Marketing, Communication & CSR experience especially negotiating and collaborating with Global, Geo and Market levels.
  • Confident data-driven individual with hands-on experience of IBM's performance tools and metrics, and comfortable with building relationships with Business Stakeholders.
  • Experience working with persona and audience targetting, seleting the right marketing mix to achieve expected outcomes.
  • Track record of working in new areas and building effective teams remotely.
  • Previous experience in Digital, Field Marketing,
  • Response Lead Management and working with RTMs beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to present data effectively to senior business leaders using Microsoft tools.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • PaceSetter with established Marketing background with both education and experience.
  • Familiarity with M&C terminology and techniques
  • Analytical and data driven decision making competence
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and geographies in complex multinational environment
  • Experience of Product Led Growth techniques, portfolio prioritization, Inbound/Outbound Digital Sales and eCommerce particularly - only for internal posting
