Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a BS, MS, Btech or Mtech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering to be part of the EDA team. Join a great team of engineering professionals who are involved in development, validation & release of IBM CAD tools & methodologies used in designing IBM P & Z microprocessor systems along with system ASICS.

In this role, you will be involved in the development of DFT insertion and synthesis tool to be used by future IBM system ASICS. You are required to have excellent C/C++ development & debug skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Individual contributor will be part of the EDA DFT tool development team
  • 2-5 years of experience in EDA software development
  • Excellent software skill - C++, Python and scripting skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Logic synthesis & Design for Test.
  • Proven problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a must
  • Good communication skills & the skill to work with teams across geographies. Ability to continuously improvise and innovate to resolve challenges efficiently.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Cadence, Synopsys, VLSI knowledge, VHDL/Verilog, Machine Learning/AI
