Introduction
Ecosystem Marketers are responsible for 'sell to', 'sell with' and 'sell through' in partner-led demand motions (Build, Sell, Service and Strategic Partners) to scale IBM Technology and Consulting business growth. They have deep knowledge of partners, how they sell and make money, and their priority offerings/industries. They execute demand generation programs, co-create marketing plans with Strategic Partners, develop and launch new programs to service partners' needs and leverage core demand generation squad activities to drive demand for partners.

Roles & Responsibilities : The Ecosystem Partner Communications Coordinator will manage internal and external communications to ensure effective collaboration, alignment, and mutual success with partners and Geos. Will lead Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep Geos informed, address their needs, and foster strong relationships.
External Communications: Develop and execute external communication initiatives to promote partner collaborations, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth; will also be responsible for ensuring training resources for partners are current; assist with content production and internal communications, while maintaining Seismic and W3 pages. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in digital tools, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment, having first-hand experience and a track record of successfully developing marketing strategy and programs
- Experimentative - working quickly to pilot, succeed/fail fast and scale what works
- Highly collaborative - able to represent ecosystem in meetings and discussions, building effective teaming relationships within ecosystem marketing and with other marketing and business areas
