Introduction
The eCommerce leader is responsible for growing the eCommerce route for PLG SaaS products hosted and sold via IBM Cloud, including the watsonx family and Watsonx assistants as major contributors, as well as IBM Public Cloud that includes all native cloud catalog products eg. Cloud Object Storage
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Leading product specific optimization efforts
- Working closely with PLG product management and public cloud, marketing, sales, POD and Public Cloud engineering
- Collaborating to develop new platform requirements to drive optimized client journeys and business outcomes for product point solutions and use case based solutions
- Defining OKR' and performance metrics

- Working in cross-functional team environments
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- PLG Data & AI product knowledge

- Ecommerce or B2B experience
