Your Role and Responsibilities
The DevSecOps Engineer is part of the IBM System Engineering team for our Navy client. The engineer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and patching the DevSecOps pipeline. The engineer will operate in an agile environment and be required to attend stand-ups, status work in progress, and communicate with stakeholders regularly.
The DevSecOps Engineer will also be required to work off hours occasionally to support production releases and break fixes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with AWS native application development
- Ability to understand and develop front-end and back-end
- Experience conducting security scanning and remediation, release management, and operations support
- DOD Top Secret Clearance
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- GitLab experience
- Experience with production support
