Your Role and Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring system availability and reliability.
• AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Manage, configure, and optimize AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and assist with disaster recovery.
• Automation & Terraform: Use Terraform for infrastructure management and develop automation scripts for AWS resources.
• Collaboration: Work with DevOps, development, and security teams, and contribute to technical documentation and training.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with AWS trends and propose system improvements.

• Experience: 2+ years in technical support, hands-on experience with AWS services, and practical knowledge of Terraform.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Windows environments, AWS networking (VPC, DNS), automation (Bash, Python), and Git.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
