Your role and responsibilities
Au sein du Studio, nous travaillons pour des clients de tous les secteurs d'activités (Luxe, Industrie, Energie, Transport, Banque et Assurances, Distribution, etc), en collaboration avec toutes les practices IBM Consulting (Digital, Data et AI, ERPs, Cloud, Sécurité).
Ta mission sera de créer des expériences différenciantes qui suscite l'émotion - en alliant le fond et la forme - et apporte le maximum de valeur à nos clients.
Notre travail s'articule autour des principes de co-création et de design centré sur l'humain.
À ce titre, en collaboration avec des consultants business et stratégique et d'autres profils créatifs, tu pourras participer à des activités comme :
- Identifier, structurer et construire des éléments différenciant sous formes de storytelling, d'expérience ou d'univers graphiques impactants pour des approches commerciales et marketing
- Repenser des expériences utilisateurs, service design, recherche utilisateurs, parcours clients, expérience cibles, ...
- Accompagner le cadrage stratégique de projets d'innovation et de transformation, business model, transformation roadmap,
- Structurer des cas d'usage concrets sur des sujets d'innovation autour des nouvelles technologies pour nos clients
- Soutenir le rayonnement d'IBM Consulting et communiquer sur nos missions,
- ... et tout ce que tu pourras apporter de plus sur nos projets

Stage de 6 mois à Paris, avec possibilité de déplacements en France et en Europe.
Stage de fin d'études avec convention de stage
Début : de préférence à partir de juin 2025
- Étudiant(e) en Master 2 (école de design / commerce / Programme Grande Ecole, Universités de Sciences Politiques) avec une spécialisation en transformation digitale.
- Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral), (niveau C1 minimum)
- À l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) et les méthodes agiles, design thinking.
- Connaissance des fondamentaux de l'intelligence artificielle générative et intérêt pour les technologies émergentes.
- Esprit curieux, proactif et collaboratif, prêt(e) à relever des défis complexes et à travailler en équipe.
- Tu as un esprit de synthèse et tu es rigoureux(se)
- Tu es créatif(ve) et tu as la capacité à penser " out of the box "
- Tu as un intérêt pour l'innovation dans toutes ses dimensions (technologies/ Sc. comportementales)
- Tu aimes le travail bien fait et porte attention aux moindres détails
