Your Role and Responsibilities
Management and oversight of a complex IT support program for the US Army. PD ALTESS is an IT service provider within the US Army, which support DoD clients. The emphasis on this position is working with the client to optimize for growth through efficient and effective IT support process and tools. Further, the PM will work with IBM, ALTESS and Army leadership and our Subcontractors to facilitate growth in the services provided to existing clients, and prosecute a growing pipeline of new clients.
Your time will be spent:
Deputy Project Manager supporting Command Group at PD ALTESS
Army ERP systems SME supporting program delivery
Army Cloud Business Development
Army Account SME support to programs
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Security Clearance: ActiveDoD Secret Clearance Required.
Location: Must be within 75 miles of Fort Belvoir, VA.
- 10+ years of experience managing and implementing large complex programs for the US Army.
- Excellent and intuitive communication skills.
- Practical Experience in operations/support and process improvement creation.
- Prior experience managing large projects.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- US Army IT Experience, 10 years
- Project Management, 10 years
- Cloud computing, 3-5 years
- US Army ERP Systems, 5 years
- Experience with US Army Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEO-EIS), 10 years.
ITES-3 education/experience requirements:
- Intermediate level LCAT Bachelors +5 or Associates +7
- Senior level LCAT Masters +10 or Bachelors +12
