- You will be a seasoned Subject Matter Expert working in the production or QC function managing a team of 10-15 Analysts
- You will identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams
- Review reports to identify trends and key risk areas

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate with 6-7 years of experience in Know your customer, Customer due diligence, Customer identification program and Enhanced due diligence
- Experience in New Client Onboarding, New Account Documentation, Business Formation Documentation, Legal Entity Structures
- Ability to follow cash flows and understanding money laundering and terrorist financing issues
- Strong narrative writing skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Team management experience with ability to understand and execute business controls.
- Proven analytical skills required to organize and analyse multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in financial services transaction data analysis, risk rating and Name Screening.
- Expertise in Project Management tools and techniques.
