Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Lead - Risk & Compliance at Business Process Operations you'll be part of a global team of financial crime specialists working on a KYC or AML process providing services to global banks.
Responsibilities

• You will be a seasoned Subject Matter Expert working in the production or QC function managing a team of 10-15 Analysts
• You will identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams
• Review reports to identify trends and key risk areas

• Graduate with 6-7 years of experience in Know your customer, Customer due diligence, Customer identification program and Enhanced due diligence
• Experience in New Client Onboarding, New Account Documentation, Business Formation Documentation, Legal Entity Structures
• Ability to follow cash flows and understanding money laundering and terrorist financing issues
• Strong narrative writing skills

• Team management experience with ability to understand and execute business controls.
• Proven analytical skills required to organize and analyse multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in financial services transaction data analysis, risk rating and Name Screening.
• Expertise in Project Management tools and techniques.
