Introduction
As a Delivery Consultant in IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will work hands-on with clients who leverage our cutting-edge Automation services to help them achieve their business goals. You'll assist our customers orchestrate, automate, monitor, and manage their middleware systems. Using your deep technical and networking skills, you will be part of the Automation Delivery team tasked with helping our clients implement, migrate, upgrade and manage their environments.

• Learning and using IBM Data&AI and Automation software and solutions to identify and
engage technical decision makers and influencers, qualify business opportunities, and
respond to clients' technical needs.
• Supporting the entire technical process together with experienced IBM employees and
ensuring delivery against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new business, whilst expanding
existing accounts.
• Collaborating with the broader IBM Expert Labs and other technical colleagues, to IBM

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in working in a team environment to deliver assignments/projects.
- You will have excellent communication and presentation skills that are equally engaging, compelling, and influential.
- You have a genuine interest (or experience) in the Data, AI and Automation software industry.
- At least one OOP programming language knowledge (Java, C#, etc)
- Good understanding about relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc) and
- SQL scripting language
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 1 - 2 years of software experience with demonstrable examples of contributing to the solving of clients' technical problems.
- Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems, or engineering concepts.
- Interest of cloud technologies like K8S, Docker, OpenShift, etc
- Knowledge of SOA design and consumption (REST, SOAP, etc)
- Good knowledge about Linux, Unix sysstem
