Your Role and Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Experience with BPMS technologies such as IBM BPM/BAW. Focus on deployment & troubleshooting.
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills of BPMS systems and their underlying technologies (including IBM WebSphere Application Server & Apache Tomcat). Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Dynatrace.
- Strong Linux skills. Experience supporting Linux systems in public cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus.
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving the database issues and half installed artifacts.
- Install/Configure and administer IBM Business Monitor v8.x including Process Centre, Process Server, and Deployment manager
- Install/Configure SSL Certificate.
- Performs installation, configuration, and code deployment on IBM BPM/BAW v8.x, 18.x, 19.x(all environments)
- Production support, tuning and troubleshooting with IBM BPM/BAW v8.x,18.x,19.x WebSphere Administration.
- Good general knowledge of Linux.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for IBM BPM/BAW.
- Knowledge of at least one Webserver like Apache HTTP or IHS server and its integration with IBM BPM/BAW.
- Consults with Internal teams and IT management and staff enterprise-wide on design, planning, integration, implementation, scalability, problem definition and resolution the of IBM BPM/BAW Infrastructure involving the interrelated demands of hardware, software, security, and control.
- Defines and resolves problems related to the platform, hardware, software, and communication protocols.
- Works with the product vendors like IBM to resolve Web-related issues.
- Works with other internal support teams like DBAs, production control teams as part of working on the project.
