Work closely with Product Owners, team members, partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate work and achieve business commitments.

Your role and responsibilities

- The position is for Data Centre Cloud/Hybrid infrastructure services.
- The applicant must possess a valid work permit.
- A valid UK Driving licence is required for travel.
- This position is based in Farnborough, with potential travel to other UK sites including Slough, FHemel Hempstead, and Chessington.
- The role requires working 12.5-hour shifts, with a pattern of 4 shifts on followed by 3 shifts off, and alternately, 3 shifts on followed by 4 shifts off, involving rotation in 24/7 Data Centre operation.

Required technical and professional expertise

- Proficiency in working with rack, cable, and Cisco or Juniper or both networking equipment.
- Fundamental understanding of PC/Server hardware concepts and components, e.g., RAM/Motherboard installation.
- Basic knowledge of various internet-related services.
- Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- General comprehension of computer networking concepts.
- Customer-focused attitude with previous customer service experience being advantageous.
- Experience in network and power wiring cabling is considered a plus.
