Your Role and Responsibilities
- Assists Clients in Translating Client ecommerce requirements into technical requirements and recommends a total I/T solution transforming the Client's Ecommerce Function.
- Documents and analyzes ecommerce requirements from a business perspective; defines current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with Client and the I/T Architect to ensure proper identification and translation of ecommerce business requirements to I/T solution requirements.
- Serves as business liaison with the package implementation ecommerce team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 10 years of related industry experience;
2. Familiar with cross industry solution;
3. Proficient in the implementation and delivery of CRM system, pre-sales consultation and after-sales service;
4. Rich experience in project management and team leadership.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Excellent English commuincation capability;
2. Automobile and manufacture industry background is nice to have.
