Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Consulting Workforce Management Americas team is looking for people interested in developing a career in a great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to keep systems updated accurately and timely.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• English: Advanced both spoken & written
• Advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Psychology, Human Resources, Public Relations, Business Administration or related
• Time Management and Prioritization skills
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure
• Basic Excel knowledge

• Experience in Customer Service Roles or administrative support.
• Microsoft Office
