En tant que Consultant(e) Stagiaire, vous serez rattaché(e) à notre practice Financial Services Sector,
spécialisée dans les métiers de la banque de détail, de l'assurance, de la banque d'investisssement, du risque et de la conformité.

Your role and responsibilities
En tant que consultant(e) stagiaire du secteur financier, vous serez amené(e), avec le soutien de consultants plus expérimenté(s), à accompagner les directions et/ou les équipes opérationnelles dans toutes les étapes de leur transformation, du cadrage stratégique à la mise en oeuvre.
Intégré(e) dans des équipes pluridisciplinaires, vous interviendrez pour nos clients, sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée, telles que :
* Définition de nouveaux modèles opérationnels (TOM)
* Amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle (refonte de processus, automatisation via l'IA / la data, parcous collaborateurs)
* Innovation de l'offre digitale / des parcours clients (selfcare web et mobile)
* Transformation des systèmes d'information bancaires et assurantiels
Required education
Master's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Stage de fin d'études avec convention de stage
Durée: 6 mois
Début : tout au long de l'année 2025
Localisation : à Paris ou Strasbourg, avec possibilité de déplacements en France et en Europe
• Étudiant(e) en Master 2 (école d'ingénieurs agrées CTI ou de commerce / grade de master) avec une spécialisation en transformation digitale, commerce, data ou finance
• Bilingue français/anglais (écrit et oral)
• À l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office
• Esprit curieux, proactif, avec de bonnes capacités relationnelles, un goût pour la technologie, prêt(e) à relever des défis complexes.
